Manage company roles and channel assignments
Repair a company profile when a source is missing, duplicated, or assigned to the wrong brand.

Step by step
Follow the workflow

Find the profile in Settings
Open Settings → Profiles and locate the company in Company profiles.

Confirm name and role
Use a consistent display name and the correct Own company, Competitor, or Inspiration role.

Inspect assigned channels
Review every channel listed under the profile. A company only appears in a channel dashboard when the matching source is assigned.

Remove incorrect assignments
Remove only the channel assignment that is wrong, then assign the source to the correct company. Removing an assignment is different from deleting the source account.

Check downstream dashboards
Return to Companies and the relevant channel dashboard. The corrected grouping is reflected in filters and company-level reporting.
