What you’ll achieve

1
Open Settings → Notifications
Use the Notifications tab for the active workspace. It lists mapped Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn tracking accounts available to your user.
-
2
Review the source identity
Check the company and advertiser or Page identity before enabling a toggle. Similar names can belong to agencies, regional accounts, or unrelated businesses.
-
3
Enable only decision-relevant sources
Turn notifications on for priority competitors and channels that someone is responsible for reviewing. Keep broad inspiration sources off unless they support a current objective.
-
4
Verify the saved toggle
The switch should remain On after the update completes and after a page refresh. Repeat for each relevant source type.
-
5
Use the alert as a starting point
Open the linked dashboard or creative, apply the relevant date and company filters, and confirm the change before sharing it or creating an action.
-
6
Review notification scope regularly
Disable obsolete or noisy sources when competitors, channel assignments, team ownership, or campaign priorities change.
Verify your work
- Each intended account remains On after refresh
- A received alert links to the expected tracked source
- No obsolete or unrelated advertiser remains enabled
If something doesn’t look right
A source is missing
Map it to the company in Settings → Profiles first.
The toggle reverts
Confirm permissions and retry after the update request completes.
Alerts are noisy
Reduce enabled sources and validate company or agency advertiser assignments.
Limitations and safeguards
Notifications depend on successful source collection and expose only changes available from the tracking provider.
