Pas à pas

Suivez le flux de travail

  1. 1

Open Actions → Workspace → Onboarding

Confirm the active connector and account before continuing. Onboarding changes belong to the selected workspace, so never configure one store while another is active.

  2. 2

    Review the detected brand

Check the brand name, website, logo, colors, fonts, contact details, social destinations, and default call to action. Replace placeholders with approved owned information.

  3. 3

    Verify synchronized data

Open the onboarding data checks for contacts, products, orders, media, and pixel activity. Allow a large first sync to finish, then investigate any source that remains empty or stale.

  4. 4

    Configure sending and website foundations

Choose the email sender route, confirm that Web Push reports server readiness, configure its prompt and service worker where required, install the pixel, align consent behavior, and connect the owned publishing destinations needed by the plan. A connected store alone does not make every action ready.

  5. 5

    Review starter recipes

Inspect each proposed email, popup, form, web push, audience, and workflow. Replace sample copy and imagery, verify recommendation rules and fallbacks, then choose only the recipes that fit your customer journey.

  6. 6

    Generate drafts, not automatic launches

Create the selected starter assets and open them in their native editors. Onboarding output remains a draft until a permitted teammate tests, approves, and activates or sends it.

  7. 7

    Complete the readiness check

Confirm that the workspace has a recognizable brand, current owned data, valid consent, at least one tested action, and responsible owners for publishing and measurement.

Quality check

Verify your work

  • Brand details match the public website
  • Contacts, products, and orders show expected synchronized records
  • Generated assets open in the standard Leado editors and remain drafts
Troubleshooting

If something doesn’t look right

A data check is empty

Confirm the connector account, permissions, sync status, and source date range.

Generated content contains placeholders

Update the brand inputs and edit the draft before testing.

A channel remains unavailable

Complete that channel’s sender, pixel, provider authorization, server readiness, or consent setup separately.

Scope

Limitations and safeguards

Limit

Onboarding can prepare representative drafts, but it cannot approve legal claims, consent language, campaign strategy, or external publishing on your behalf.
